Embarking on his professional journey two decades ago, Adam has become the driving force behind XMT Custom Homes, injecting the company with a strong sense of purpose and innovation. Initially involved in modest projects within the lower mainland, Adam gradually expanded his expertise to include the construction of fences and decks. Progressing further, he delved into the realm of home building and renovation projects, catering to both small businesses and large corporations. Throughout his career, Adam has actively contributed to projects spanning a wide range of scales, from 10K ventures to those exceeding 5 Million, assuming diverse roles in the process.

Once you’ve decided to work with us, we schedule your job and start a conversation to better understand your goals. When construction starts we are there every day until completion. Note that there could be minor delays if we are waiting for products or materials.

After the research and planning, we get started with the construction process. All of our workers are fully trained through a comprehensive program and meet the highest character standards. We even use specialized integrity testing during the hiring process.

Upon completion, we go over everything with you in detail to make sure you’re completely satisfied with every aspect of your new home and you are issued all warranties that apply to your job. We’ll also give you advice to help you make the most of your home.
